GENERATION W PEER: 3. Laura London (Magician)
PERSONAL QUOTE IN REFERENCE TO A QUESTION IN GENERATION W One piece of advice I would give to my younger self is to have compassion for yourself. I have an incredibly harsh inner critic, and it can be relentless when I make a mistake or think about a past embarrassment. I’ve always tried to do my best with all of the life experience and information that I had at any given point in time, and everything is a learning experience. Part of loving yourself is having empathy for what you perceive to be your shortcomings or aspects of life that occur beyond your control. You’re in your most courageous, curious, and confident self when you live in love and have compassion for yourself, and that’s where I want to be.”
